Agora Strategy Expands Its Executive Team with Dr. Lena Schorlemer and Jean-Pierre Schnaubelt
Munich, May 7, 2026 – The Agora Strategy Group is strengthening its executive team: Dr. Lena Schorlemer joins as a partner and Practice Lead for Defense & Space; Jean-Pierre Schnaubelt joins as a partner to strengthen the firm’s consulting services in the areas of geopolitical due diligence and risk management.
Dr. Lena Schorlemer, a long-time member of Agora Strategy, has been part of the executive team as a partner since April 1 and will serve as Practice Lead for Defense & Space. With her proven expertise in the defense and aerospace industries, Dr. Schorlemer will be strategically responsible for positioning Agora Strategy in light of the growing demand for geopolitical and security policy analysis in both sectors.
With Jean-Pierre Schnaubelt, Agora Strategy gains an experienced geopolitical risk analyst as a partner effective May 1. Most recently, he was responsible for establishing and managing geopolitical risk analysis and monitoring structures at Allianz SE, bringing with him many years of experience in the financial services sector. At Agora Strategy, he will strengthen the firm’s consulting services in the area of geopolitical due diligence.
The expansion of the executive team is a strategic move to strengthen integrated and interdisciplinary geopolitical consulting.
