With his move to Agora Strategy in May 2026, Jean-Pierre Schnaubelt brings extensive experience in translating geopolitics into strategic decision-making processes for globally active companies. Previously, he worked at Allianz SE, where he was primarily responsible for establishing and managing geopolitical risk analysis and monitoring structures, thereby gaining extensive experience in the financial services sector. Another key focus of his professional career was his long-standing work at the Munich Security Conference, where he gained comprehensive insights into international political decision-making processes as well as foreign and security policy dynamics, while simultaneously building a robust international network spanning politics, business, and academic institutions. His expertise combines strategic corporate perspectives with in-depth geopolitical analysis in an international context. Jean-Pierre Schnaubelt has extensive experience at the intersection of geopolitics, economics, and risk analysis. His areas of expertise include, in particular, geopolitical risks, international security and economic issues, strategic early warning systems, and the impact of global power shifts on companies and investment decisions.
