Lena Schorlemer

Lena Schorlemer is a Partner at Agora Strategy Group, focusing on defence, space, and cybersecurity. She advises companies in these sectors on the strategic implications of geopolitical developments — from market entry and procurement strategies to investment approvals and geopolitical risk management.


Prior to joining Agora Strategy, she gained consulting experience at Oliver Wyman and Kaiser Associates, working across regulated and security-relevant sectors. She subsequently completed her DPhil in Political Science at the University of Oxford, where her research examined the relationship between radical right parties and extremist movements in Western Europe. As a Non-Resident Fellow of the Wilson Centre's Global Europe Program, she has published on democratic backsliding, right-wing populism, and transatlantic security. She is an alumna of the Bundeswehr's Manfred Wörner Seminar.
